RETURN POLICY

You may return any items (excluding undergarments) within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, unwashed or unused, and in original packaging. Please email service@giin.style and we will provide further instruction. 

There will be no restocking fee but shipping will not be refunded.

If you happen to receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item in your order, please email service@giin.style and include the following information and we will provide further instruction.  There will be no restocking fee and shipping will be refunded.

i) Your order number       ii) Let us know what the issue is
iii) Pictures of the item(s)

 

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns
or exchanges on undergarments.

 

We are unable to process exchanges at this time.  We suggest
you follow our return process and place a new order.

We require that you contact us before sending anything back for returns. 

Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery of your purchase. 

Refunds will not be issued for unauthorized returns.  If we receive a worn garment back from you, your return will not be processed nor
will your used garment be returned to you.

A refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 14 days of receiving your return order.
